This project involved analyzing Superstore sales data from 2015 to 2018 using Tableau. The interactive dashboard highlights annual performance metrics, including profit, revenue, & profit ratio. It also breaks down customer performance, monthly profit trends, segment-wise profitability, and category-level contributions, providing a comprehensive view of business performance.

Key Insights

  • Profits increased steadily from 2015 to 2018, with the highest profit observed in 2018.
  • Office supplies contributed the most profit (~$236K), followed by Technology, while Furniture lagged.
  • Corporate and Consumer segments were more profitable compared to Home Office.
  • Retention and YOY growth were stronger in Technology than in Office Supplies and Furniture.
